In order to provide service we require a small amount of personal information.

We need the residents name, address, key safe code or access instructions if they can't get to the door, any allergies and any ailments that we should know about (e.g. dementia)

Ordering

Orders for the next week can be placed in a variety of ways:

1) Paper sheet. This is a simple tick sheet often given to residents on a Wednesday to be collected on Thursday.

2) Email. Email your order to gourmetmealcare@hotmail.com by 2pm on Friday.

3) Phone. Call 01385 76995 by 2pm on Friday

Cut off Time

IMPORTANT

Please submit your order for the next week by 2pm on Friday.

We cannot guarantee that orders placed after this time for Monday will be fulfilled.
